This head is in the same room with the Marcus Aurelius that was mistaken to be Constantine. Doesn’t seem to look that much alike to me. The entire sculpture would have been 40′ tall. There is also a marble version outside at the museum. You may already have seen pictures of this- it’s a popular “kitty” picture with cats sleeping on the foot.
