The apartment complex we visited is below a church and is called the “House of Paul and John”. Bones were found here unburied (burials were always outside the city) and since Paul and John (saints) were murdered in a garden, Christian archaeologists have decided this must have been their home. Now take a look at the decorations in these beautiful frescoes. Do they look like Christian imagery or the decorations created by “pagans”? The goats were particularly beautiful- sorry for the slight blur in the photo, could not use flash.
