Swordfish is one of the most common fish served in restaurants in Sicily. I have to say, if you are not a fish eater, you would struggle in Sicily. We found it interesting that we saw chickens in the market but none on any menu in all of Sicily. It was seafood or beef (not very good)and vegetables and pasta of course and lots of gelato!
