“The Leopard” is a novel that was made into a movie in 1963 starring Burt Lancaster and Claudia Cardinalle. It tells the story of a wealthy family in feudal Sicily in the 1800s. The chapel plays an important part in the family’s life. We saw it when we visited the Bellini museum next to his birthplace.
